1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tidepays ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and financial facilitation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use Tidepays services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and possess a valid credit card and bank account in your name. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and transaction processing.
3. Services & Flat Fees
Tidepays facilitates secure credit-card-to-bank-account transfers. A transparent flat fee of 0.85% is charged per successful transaction. Transaction availability and limits depend on your credit card issuer guidelines and daily limits.
4. Security & Compliance
We employ AES 256-bit encryption and maintain strict PCI-DSS compliance. We do not store sensitive credit card credentials on our servers. All transactions are processed through RBI-regulated payment gateways.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tidepays shall not be liable for any delays caused by banking networks (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), incorrect beneficiary account details provided by the user, or credit card issuer restrictions.
